SW Architect (Networking)	Key responsibilities: analysing / designing user stories, reviewing the test descriptions, code, technical competence development of self & team, driving process and product innovations.	8+ years of experience in SW Development Good in depth knowledge of Layer 2 and 3 (VLAN, VLAN Tunneling, Spanning tree protocol, Bridging, custom L2 protocols, Routing, Virtual Routing RIP, OSPF, BFD, ECMP) Should have worked on Slowpath/Fastpath or similar technologies. Should have deep understanding of the Linux kernel(networking parts), ethernet drivers and IP-stack. Should have some expereince in modifying the kernel. Good knowledge of C and C++ Knowledge of Quality of service and Access control. Qos(Layer 2 and Layer 3), ACL, DSCP, Ipsec(IKE….), IpinIP, xin4 tunnel, xin6 tunnel, VPN. Good understanding of the MIPS processors, specially the Network Processors
SW Architect (O&M)	Key responsibilities: analysing / designing user stories, reviewing the test descriptions, code, technical competence development of self & team, driving process and product innovations.	8+ years of core sw development experience on Unix/Linux env using C, C++ in telecom O&M environment; Good understanding of design patterns, FCAPS functionalities, SNMP, SOAP, UI design
SW Architect (Base Platform / Linux OS)	Key responsibilities: analysing / designing user stories, reviewing the test descriptions, code, technical competence development of self & team, driving process and product innovations.	8+ years of experience in core SW Development on Linux environment using C, C++ Good in depth knowledge of Linux kernel, kernel virtualization (KVM), IT/ATCA HW systems, Firmware/BSP, installation/upgrade aspects, LDAP configuration, associated standard middleware like tracing/logging, bkp&restore
Head of SW Architects	Key responsibilities: Leading a team of 12 SW architects, driving strategic competence acquisition, process management, people management(ramping, enabling, performance mgmt, coaching, communication)	10+ years of experience in SW development activities, at least 2+ years in leading experienced designers/architects; expertise in driving individual contributors, strategic initiatives
Line Manager	Key responsibilities: Leading a team of 16 SW developers associated delivery responsibilities and people management aspects(ramping, enabling, performance mgmt, coaching, communication)	8+ years of software development experience, at least 2 years in line mgmt Knowledge of SW development processes, quality, methods and tools Managing/Team leading skills, people coaching skills Recruiting skills/experience Problem solving and risk management skills Ability to work within strict deadlines and quality guidelines Responsibility of competence development for the team members and long term career plans Linux/UNIX knowledge and work experience on the platform

Senior Lab Engineer	Responsible for setting up of the test environment, configuring the various network elements, maintenance and upkeep of the test environment.. The HW consists of equipment such as ATCA, Blade servers from HP, IBM, MCP and Octeon; switches and routers from Cisco, Juniper, Nortel, KVM etc. Identifying proper equipment for lab expansion, interfacing with lab responsible at other sites, ordering with vendors.	Mandatory Skills 1) 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in configuring switches and routers. Should have the ability to independently mange the lab ( IT Infrastructure) with #200 servers. 2) Good know how of networking, TCP/ IP, VLAN, switching and Layer 2/3 devices. 3) CCNP certified, hands on experience in administration of UNIX / Linux systems. 4) Experience in working on Cisco equipment 5) Experience with blade architecture Optional Skills 1) Know how of scripting (Shell / Perl / Tcl) Needless to mention: Good Interpersonal and troubleshooting Skills, Dynamic and Collaborative team player.
SW Developer (Telco protocols)	Software development for FlexiPlatform and related components Requirement analysis, design, development and test of new features Take over responsibilities of maintaining and developing software components Possibly mentor junior members in SW development tasks Develop know-how on platform area	2.5+ years of experience C / C++ / Unix Good programming skills Good analytical and design skills Any Telecom Domain experience preferred SS7 / Sigtran is an added advantage (not a must) Preferably people from CSE background
